We want you to feel confident in your Jobst Ultrasheer purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn, and unopened packaging. Due to the medical and hygienic nature of compression hosiery, products that have been tried on or removed from their retail box cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Ensure your stockings are in their original, sealed packaging with all factory tags attached to qualify for a refund.

  Contact our support team or log into your account to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Securely

  Place the unopened items in a sturdy shipping box with the RMA slip included inside to ensure your return is processed correctly.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
