The unique two-part compression system includes a liner that gently holds the wound dressing in place, and an outer stocking that delivers optimal compression to treat venous ulcers. The knee high length and low profile are designed for optimal daily wear and go well with any shoe style. Extra firm compression helps with the treatment of venous ulcers and improves circulation.
